1. Go to the official portal, up-rera.in — the sole authority for Uttar Pradesh RERA records. Every figure shown anywhere else, including here, is only a copy of what it holds.
2. On its top menu, open REGISTRATIONS → PROJECT to reach the list of projects registered with UP-RERA for Gautam Buddha Nagar and the rest of the state. Checking the builder itself rather than one project? The same menu's REGISTRATIONS → PROMOTER lists every registered promoter — and this site's own promoter directory lays out each one's full project record on a single page.
3. Search or browse by the project name or the promoter's name to find its UP-RERA registration number — a project's starts "UPRERAPRJ".
4. To confirm a specific number is genuine, use the portal's own Verify RERA Registration tool: select "Project Registration Certificate," enter the number, and complete the captcha.
5. Open the project's own record for the promoter's name, the completion date on file, and which statutory documents are on file.
6. A complaint's status is tracked separately from project registration — use the portal's own Complaint Status page with the complaint number, not the project search above.
