What this service is
UP RERA Tracker is an information service operated by Vidastu Advisory, a real-estate agent registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (registration UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026) and a channel partner. We copy publicly filed real-estate records from the UP-RERA portal and present them in a readable form. We are not the promoter or developer of any project shown here, we do not hold or sell units in any project shown here, and we are not paid by promoters for placement, ranking or visibility on this site.
What this service is not
Nothing on this site is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, a valuation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or finance any property. Nothing on this site is an advertisement of, or an offer or invitation to buy a unit in, any project; any project page describes a public register entry and nothing more.
Every figure here must be verified against the source record on the UP-RERA portal before you sign anything or pay anything.
Accuracy and currency of the data
Each page states the date on which the UP-RERA register was read for it. Between reads the register changes: completion dates are extended, documents are filed or revised, promoters are renamed, registrations lapse, are withdrawn or are revoked, and the portal itself corrects its own entries. A figure on this site therefore describes the register as it stood on the stated date, not as it stands today.
The copy is made by software from the portal's pages and from its project dashboard listing. Software misreads, the portal publishes blank, placeholder or inconsistent values, and some registrations are carried here from the dashboard listing alone, with only the columns that listing provides. Where this site and the portal disagree, the portal is right and this site is wrong.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided as is and as available. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any figure, name, date, status, document count or description is accurate, complete, current, or free of error, that the site will be available or uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Any such warranty that the law would otherwise imply is excluded to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidastu Advisory, its proprietor, staff and contractors are not liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special, including loss of money paid, loss of a bargain, loss of profit or opportunity, and legal costs, arising from or connected with your use of this site, your reliance on anything on it, any inaccuracy, omission or delay in it, any error in the underlying public record, any interruption of the site, or any third-party site it links to, however that loss arises and even if we were told it was possible.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including any obligation we carry as a registered real-estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 in respect of an advisory engagement you actually enter into with us.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you use this site at your own risk; that you will verify any figure on the UP-RERA portal and take your own legal, financial and technical advice before any decision or payment; that you will not treat anything here as a representation by us about any project, promoter or unit; and that you are responsible for any decision you take and any loss that follows from it. You will not use this site, or any figure copied from it, to make any false, misleading or defamatory statement about any project or promoter.
Errors, corrections and disputes
If you believe a figure here is wrong, or does not match the UP-RERA portal, write to us on WhatsApp at the number in the footer with the registration number and the portal page you are reading. We will check the portal and correct or annotate the entry within a reasonable time. A promoter or any other person named on this site may ask us the same way to have an entry re-read against the portal.
Reproducing a public register entry, including an extension, a document status or a note the regulator itself prints, is a report of the public record. It is not a finding, an allegation, a rating or an opinion by us about any project or person, and no page here should be read as one.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidastu Advisory and its proprietor, staff and contractors against any claim, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any statement you make to a third party on the strength of a figure copied from it.
Advisory engagements
Advisory services are provided by Vidastu Advisory under a separate written engagement, with its own scope, fees and terms. Speaking to us on WhatsApp or by phone does not create an engagement, and nothing said in such a conversation about a project is a warranty about that project.
Intellectual property
The underlying records are public. Our presentation, editorial writing and interface are ours. Please do not scrape or re-publish them wholesale; ask us instead, and we are usually happy to help.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Your use of the site after that date is acceptance of the new version.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute connected with this site, are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
