UP RERA Tracker is an information service. We curate publicly filed real-estate records and present them in a readable form. We are not a broker of record for any project shown here, we do not hold inventory, and we are not paid by promoters for placement, ranking or visibility.
What this service is not
Nothing on this site is investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any property. Composite indicators such as Filing Health are computed from filed records using a published formula; they are a reading aid, not a rating, and not a guarantee of outcome.
Every figure here should be verified against the source record on the UP-RERA portal before you sign anything or pay anything.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care, but records change, portals go down, and filings are sometimes revised or corrected after publication. We make no warranty that any figure on this site is complete, current or free of error, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it.
Advisory engagements
Advisory services are provided by Vidastu Advisory under a separate written engagement, with its own scope, fees and terms. Speaking to us on WhatsApp does not create an engagement.
Intellectual property
The underlying records are public. Our presentation, editorial writing, scoring methodology and interface are ours. Please do not scrape or re-publish them wholesale; ask us instead — we are usually happy to help.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
