Who we are
UP RERA Tracker is operated by Vidastu Advisory ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
If you create an account we collect your mobile number, the city you are interested in, and the projects you add to a watchlist. If you contact us on WhatsApp we hold that conversation and any details you choose to share in it.
We collect standard technical logs — IP address, browser, pages viewed — to keep the service running and to understand which project pages people find useful.
Why we collect it
To send you alerts about the projects you follow, to answer questions you ask us, and to improve the site. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your number. We do not pass your details to promoters, brokers or channel partners. We do not add you to a marketing list because you looked at a project page. If a developer wants to reach you, they will have to do it the way everyone else does.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data for as long as your account is open, and for twelve months after you close it so we can honour statutory record-keeping. Write to us and we will delete everything we are not legally required to retain.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your city. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
