Every figure on this site originates in a document filed by a promoter with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority and published on its portal: the registration certificate, quarterly progress reports, Form 3 certifications, extension applications, and orders of the Authority. We curate those records in real time and present them in a readable form.

How to read our indicators
Filing Health is a 0-100 figure computed from five filed inputs — quarterly filing discipline, physical progress against the registration clock, timeline integrity, certified spend against build, and complaints and orders. The weighting is published on every project page. It measures the quality of a project\u2019s filed record. It does not measure construction quality, location, resale demand, or whether a home is right for you.
