Where the data comes from
Every figure on this site is copied from the public portal of the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority: each registration's summary page (the registration certificate details, the completion date on file and every extension recorded against it, the promoter of record, and the list of documents filed) and, for registrations whose summary page has not yet been copied, the portal's project dashboard listing. We read the register periodically, not continuously, and every page states the date it was read.
No affiliation
UP RERA Tracker is an independent service operated by Vidastu Advisory, a UP-RERA-registered real-estate agent (UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority or any government body, and it is not the promoter or developer of any project shown. UP-RERA remains the authoritative source; where our page and the portal disagree, the portal is right.
Accuracy, completeness and timing
We take reasonable care, but a copy of a register is not the register. Dates are extended, documents are filed or withdrawn, promoters are renamed, registrations lapse or are revoked, and the portal corrects its own entries, all between our reads. Our software can also misread a page, and the portal sometimes publishes placeholder or inconsistent values, which we reproduce rather than guess at. No figure, name, date, status, count or description on this site is warranted to be accurate, complete or current, and you should treat every one of them as unverified until you have read it on the portal yourself.
What a figure on a page does and does not mean
A completion date is the date on the register on the day we read it. An extension entry is a record that the register carries a revised date, nothing more; it is not a finding that a project is late, in breach or in difficulty. A document count is the number of document types the portal listed as filed, not a statement about their contents or adequacy. A promoter's name is the name the register prints, and the register may group or split entities in ways that do not match commercial brands. A registration carried here from the dashboard listing alone says so on its page and shows only what that listing provides.
Nothing here scores, ranks or rates any project or promoter, and no page should be read as an allegation, an opinion or a recommendation about any of them.

Corrections
If any entry here is wrong, or has fallen behind the portal, tell us on WhatsApp at the number in the footer with the registration number and the portal page you are reading, and we will re-read the register and correct or annotate the entry within a reasonable time. Promoters and other named parties are welcome to do the same.

Verify the registration on the UP-RERA portal, read the sale agreement in full, confirm the designated-account details independently, and take your own legal advice on title. Nothing here substitutes for any of that.
